What the Accessport Does

Installed in-cabin, the Accessport becomes your ECU and TCM command center:

Toyota-Specific Advantage: ECU + TCM Control

Unlike many platforms, the Toyota Accessport also flashes the transmission control module (TCM).

That means:

• Improved shift logic

• More predictable behavior when towing or accelerating

In short: the transmission finally works with the engine, not against it.

TCM Map Options

Choose from three transmission personalities depending on how you drive:

Simulated Stock

A familiar baseline that closely mirrors OEM behavior.

OEM+

Refined and daily-friendly:

• Moderately higher shift points

• More responsive downshifts

• Subtle throttle response improvements

• Increased torque limits

Sport

Performance-focused behavior:

• Higher shift points

• Faster, more decisive downshifts

• Sharper mid-throttle response

• More aggressive torque strategy

ECU Map Options

• Stage 0 — Stock calibration, monitoring only

• Stage 1 (87 / 91 / 93) — Optimized for pump gas and common bolt-ons

• Performance Tow — Maintains thermal strategy while improving usable power

Custom CAMTuning calibrations are available for modified vehicles or owners with specific performance or drivability goals.

Gateway Bypass Harness Included

Some Toyota models require a Gateway Bypass Harness for initial communication and ROM reading.
It’s included in the box.

Setup is straightforward:

• OBD-II → Harness

• Harness → Gateway connector

• Harness → Accessport

Once installed, the harness is not required for future map changes or uninstalling.

Testing with the California Air Resources Board, in order to achieve 50-state compliance, is pending. Once testing is complete with California, and an EO number is issued, this product will be updated to 50-state legal status.
