  • Remote tuning relies on data logs and information provided by the customer

  • You are responsible for ensuring your vehicle is mechanically sound before tuning

  • Tuning may expose pre-existing mechanical issues

  • CAMTuning Performance, LLC is not responsible for mechanical failures resulting from pre-existing conditions or hardware limitations

Digital Products

  • Tuning files and digital services are licensed for use on a single vehicle unless otherwise stated

  • Redistribution or resale of tuning files is strictly prohibited

Hardware

  • Hardware warranties are provided by the manufacturer

  • Installation and use of aftermarket components are the responsibility of the customer

Limitation of Liability
CAMTuning Performance, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of products or services sold through this site.
