Hardware Returns

We follow the manufacturer’s return policies for all hardware products sold through our store. For COBB Tuning products, this includes:

• Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase

• Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging

• Return authorization is required

• Shipping costs are non-refundable

Tuning & Digital Services

Due to the digital nature of tuning services and the time required to create, revise, and deliver calibration files:

• All tuning services are non-refundable once a tuning file has been sent

• This includes custom tuning, remote tuning, revisions, and flash-only tuning services

By purchasing a tuning service, you acknowledge and agree that once work has begun and a file has been delivered, the service is considered rendered in full.
